School Workshops

All Resources workshops for schools are designed to help young people develop strategies to cope with the many challenges they are faced with each day. The material is designed to improve wellbeing and resilience and to encourage young people to take control of their own lives and futures. A number of our resource packs are created specifically to break down the stigma around mental health.

Our workshops are delivered by experienced trainers who understand how to make an effective contribution to the training and development of others. Young people are encouraged to examine their own wellbeing while at the same time looking out for the interests of others.

Our current topics include:

  • bullying
  • teenage depression
  • suicide
  • addiction
  • online safety
  • finance
  • relationships

If a member of staff would like to deliver the workshop we can provide ‘Train the Trainer’ sessions at a time to suit you. View a full list of our school resources to see some of the topics on which we can develop workshops for your school. Contact us if you would like to find out more about our school workshops.

We also offer a bespoke service where the programme length, content and emphasis are individually designed to meet your requirements.
