All Resources values your custom and takes your privacy & security seriously and we also respect your preferences as to how we communicate with you. Any proprietary information entrusted to All Resources will be treated as confidential and will not be used other than for the purpose instructed by the client. When you submit an order, provide your email address or subscribe to the newsletter, we will send you emails and updates which you will be able to unsubscribe from at any time. We will not disclose any information including contact details to a third party without your consent. All personal information collected from this website will be used in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which are the new Data Protection laws & Regulations that replace the older UK Data Protection Act 1998 on the 25th of May 2018.
Under GDPR people have the right to know what information is being collected about them and have this information corrected or removed on request. All Resources collects the minimum amount of data from customers in order to process orders for books, resource packs and other materials to schools and organisations. We may also follow up orders with further information concerning our products and we will not use your data for any other purpose.
We will only send to you communications that you have given us permission to send to you. Data will only be kept for as long as it is needed and will be deleted in a secure way if we are requested to do so.
All customers including individuals and organisations have the right to see what data we hold about them by making a Data Subject Access Request to All Resources under the GDPR. They also have the right to make corrections to this information if necessary. All Resources will respond to all requests within 20 days as required by GDPR guidelines.
