The Christmas holiday period is a time of happiness, love and sharing — a time when families and friends gather to share gifts, food and time together. At least, that is what we are led to believe.
In reality, for many people, Christmas is a sad time of year. Instead of parties, celebrations, and family get-togethers, it is filled with worry, fear, loneliness and depression.
In this series of articles, we will look at some of the most common problems that affect us at Christmas including:
As we examine each problem, we will think of practical ways of resolving each one. This will ensure we do not face each Christmas with dread but instead are able to cope with the festive season as best we can.
